b) November 2001, Master of Business Administration (MBA): Operations Research and Econometrics- University of Groningen, the Netherlands

c) July 1998, Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Business Management- From the University of Asmara, Eritrea


2. Work Experience:
a) Post doc researcher: Starting January 2007 I am holding a Post doc research position at the Free University Amsterdam in the department of spatial economics.

b) Research Assistant: September 2002 - July 2006 at the Free University of Amsterdam. Working on a project that gives background analysis for High Speed Railway investment in the Netherlands.
c) Assistant lecturer: 2nd semester of the 2000-2001 academic year at the University of Asmara, Asmara Eritrea. I was giving lectures on Operation Research, International Marketing and advising senior papers.

d) Graduate Assistant: 1998-1999 Academic year at the University of Asmara, Asmara Eritrea. I was giving tutorial classes Maths for management and Economics course.

e) Secondary school teacher: 1995-1996 Academic year at Nefasit Secondary school, Nefasit Eritrea. I was teaching classes in geography and history

a) Gold medal for the student of the Year for the College of Business and Economics at the University of Asmara, July 1998.
